All designs available on StitchingArt are exclusively digitized by Cathy Park, and StitchingArt retains all rights to these designs and related artwork. The content of this website, including all text and graphics, is the property of Cathy Park. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, trading, or selling of StitchingArt designs is strictly prohibited without written permission.

License to Use Our Designs

When you download or purchase a design from StitchingArt, you obtain a lifetime license to embroider the design using an embroidery machine. The license permits you to use the design in various ways, including:

• Personal Use: For machine embroidery.
• Commercial Use: On products made with an embroidery machine that you sell at craft shows, craft fairs, or through personal or peer-to-peer e-commerce websites.
• Charitable Use: On products donated to charity.
• Gifts: On products given as gifts.

You may edit the design as desired, but StitchingArt retains copyright over the edited design file. The edited design file is subject to the same restrictions as the original design and cannot be distributed, shared, or sold.

Prohibited Uses of Our Designs and Other Copyright-Protected Property

Without express written consent, you are prohibited from:

• Selling, sharing, gifting, transferring, distributing, or re-selling design files in any manner.
• Using designs in any media other than machine embroidery.
