You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Ownership

All content found on our website and throughout our products including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is our property and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

Pricing

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, support or any of our products with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

These embroidery designs are digital products which you download once you have paid for your order. Due to the nature of digital goods these embroidery designs cannot be returned and there are no refunds. If you have purchased duplicate designs from us they are eligible to be exchanged.

Australian GST

As we are an Australian company, Australian’s will have 10% GST applied to your order upon checkout.

Product Delivery

After your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email with your order details and other purchase information. The designs are a downloadable digital file for use with embroidery machines. Once your order has been placed and confirmed you will receive instant access to download the design files in your selected format. If you require additional formats or have selected the wrong format, please contact us for assistance.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can take a look at the purchase history in your account on our store.

Refund Policy

These embroidery designs are digital products which you download once you have paid for your order. If you’re having trouble with a design, contact and we’ll work with you to help you find the source of the problem. Please send your order number, type of machine you have, type of fabric and stabilizer, as well as a detailed description of the problem.
